Right of withdrawal:

Aima Sense complies with Swedish law and the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations for online trading. You as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal comes into effect on the day you have received the delivery. If you as a customer have canceled your purchase, you should contact Aima Sense as soon as possible at order@aimasense.com (write right of cancellation in the header) and then wait for instructions to return the item(s). Save the receipt/proof of order and keep it handy. In the case of a right of withdrawal, you as the customer are responsible for the shipping costs, the item must be unbroken and show no signs of damage or use. The product is returned within 14 days of the customer contacting Aima Sense. The handling of returns in case of right of withdrawal can take up to two weeks. When the right of withdrawal does not apply: For products that are sealed for health and hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken.

Complaint:

Aima Sense complies with Swedish law and the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations for online trading. When you as a customer have received an item, you must check that it is whole and intact. Should the item be damaged or defective, please contact Aima Sense at order@aimasense.com . In the case of a complaint, normal wear or use of the product does not apply. For the complaint to apply, there must be a factory defect on the product. Save the receipt/proof of order and keep it handy. The complaint must be made as soon as possible after discovery. According to Swedish law, the customer has the right to advertise a product for up to three years after purchase. Aima Sense is entitled by law to remedy the problem in the first instance by replacing the damaged product, in the last instance refund. The handling of complaints takes about two weeks.
