Right of withdrawal and complaint

Right of withdrawal

Aima Sense follows Swedish law and the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations for online shopping. You as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal takes effect on the day you have received the delivery. If you as a customer have regretted your purchase, you should contact Aima Sense as soon as possible at order@aimasense.com (write right of withdrawal in the heading) and then wait for instructions for the return of the product(s). Save the receipt / order confirmation and have it at hand. In case of withdrawal, you as a customer are responsible for the shipping costs, the product must be unbroken and have no signs of damage or use. The product is returned within 14 days of the customer contacting Aima Sense. The handling of the return in case of withdrawal can take up to two weeks. When the right of withdrawal does not apply: For products that are sealed for health and hygiene reasons and where the seal is broken.

Complaints:

Aima Sense follows Swedish law and the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations for online shopping. When you as a customer receive a product, you should check that it is whole and intact. Should the product be damaged or defective, please contact Aima Sense at order@aimasense.com. A complaint does not apply to normal wear and tear or use of the product. For the complaint to be valid, there must be a factory defect on the product. Save the receipt/proof of order and have it at hand. The complaint must be made as soon as possible after discovery. According to Swedish law, the customer has the right to complain about a product for up to three years after purchase. Aima Sense has the right by law to firstly remedy the problem by replacing the damaged product, ultimately a refund. The handling of complaints takes about two weeks.
